By downloading, installing, or using MenuSpark ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
MenuSpark is a macOS application that enhances your Finder right-click menu with customizable
actions and productivity tools. Key capabilities include:
Customizable right-click context menu layout
File operations: move, copy, rename, compress, and decompress
AI-powered features: Smart Rename and Image Upscaler (on-device processing or optional local AI server)
ZIP/7z/RAR decompression with custom extension support (.ipa, .epub, etc.)
Image conversion (format, resize) and PDF merge
Application uninstaller with leftover file cleanup
Image metadata viewing and clipboard-to-image saving
Quick Folders and Pinned Files shortcuts
Custom terminal script execution from context menu
System integrations such as "Open in Terminal"
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Mac device(s) for personal
or professional productivity purposes. This license is governed by the Apple Licensed
Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at Apple's Standard EULA, unless
superseded by a custom EULA.
4. Free and Pro Versions
MenuSpark offers a free version with limited usage of certain features (such as AI renaming). The
Pro version, available as a one-time in-app purchase (Lifetime License) managed by Apple, unlocks full access to
all features.
All purchases and billing are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
Purchase verification is handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments.
5. User Responsibilities
When using MenuSpark, you agree to:
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.
Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
6. File Operations and Data
📁 MenuSpark performs file operations (move, copy, rename, delete, compress) only on items
you explicitly select. All operations are executed locally on your Mac.
You are solely responsible for the files you choose to operate on. We recommend maintaining
regular backups of your important data. MenuSpark is not liable for any data loss resulting from
file operations initiated by the user.
7. AI Features
MenuSpark provides AI-powered features including Smart Rename and Image Upscaler:
On-Device AI: Uses your Mac's built-in processing power (requires Apple Silicon for AI features). No data is sent to
external servers.
Optional External AI: If you configure a local AI server (such as LM Studio
or Ollama), the App communicates only with the address you specify.
Model Downloads: AI models are downloaded from HuggingFace only when you
explicitly request it.
AI-generated results (file name suggestions, upscaled images) are provided as-is. You should
review the results before applying them.
8. Application Uninstaller
The App includes a feature to help uninstall applications and clean up associated leftover files.
This feature scans your local disk only. You are responsible for reviewing the files identified
for deletion before confirming the operation.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in MenuSpark — including but not limited to the software, design,
graphics, mascot character ("Sparky"), and documentation — are owned by the developer. These
Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MenuSpark is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including
but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted,
or compatible with every macOS configuration or future macOS update.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to
loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device, arising out of or in connection with
the use of MenuSpark.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this
page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the
jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3. 라이선스
귀하가 본 약관을 준수하는 것을 조건으로, 당사는 귀하의 개인 Mac 기기에서 개인적 또는 업무적 생산성 목적으로 본 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가, 취소 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 본 라이선스는 별도의 사용자 지정 EULA로 대체되지 않는 한, Apple 표준 EULA에서 제공되는 Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement(EULA)의 적용을 받습니다.

6. 파일 작업 및 데이터
📁 MenuSpark는 귀하가 명시적으로 선택한 항목에 대해서만 파일 작업(이동, 복사, 이름 변경, 삭제, 압축)을 수행합니다. 모든 작업은 귀하의 Mac에서 로컬로 실행됩니다.
작업 대상으로 선택한 파일에 대해서는 귀하가 전적으로 책임을 집니다. 중요한 데이터는 정기적으로 백업할 것을 권장합니다. MenuSpark는 사용자가 시작한 파일 작업으로 인한 어떠한 데이터 손실에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. AI 기능
MenuSpark는 스마트 이름 변경 및 이미지 업스케일러를 포함한 AI 기능을 제공합니다.
온디바이스 AI: 귀하의 Mac 내장 처리 성능을 사용합니다(AI 기능에는 Apple Silicon이 필요합니다). 외부 서버로 데이터가 전송되지 않습니다.
선택적 외부 AI: 로컬 AI 서버(LM Studio 또는 Ollama 등)를 설정한 경우, 본 앱은 귀하가 지정한 주소와만 통신합니다.
모델 다운로드: AI 모델은 귀하가 명시적으로 요청할 때만 HuggingFace에서 다운로드됩니다.
AI가 생성한 결과(파일 이름 제안, 업스케일된 이미지)는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 적용하기 전에 결과를 확인하셔야 합니다.
8. 애플리케이션 제거 도구
본 앱에는 애플리케이션을 제거하고 관련된 잔여 파일을 정리하는 데 도움이 되는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다. 이 기능은 귀하의 로컬 디스크만 스캔합니다. 작업을 확정하기 전에 삭제 대상으로 식별된 파일을 검토할 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.
9. 지적 재산권
MenuSpark에 대한 모든 권리, 소유권 및 이익(소프트웨어, 디자인, 그래픽, 마스코트 캐릭터 "Sparky", 문서를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음)은 개발자에게 있습니다. 본 약관은 당사의 상표, 로고 또는 브랜딩에 대한 어떠한 권리도 귀하에게 부여하지 않습니다.
10. 보증의 부인

11. 책임의 제한
적용 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 개발자는 MenuSpark의 사용으로 인해 또는 이와 관련하여 발생하는 데이터 손실, 이익 손실 또는 기기 손상을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
12. 본 약관의 변경
당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 변경 사항은 발효일을 갱신하여 본 페이지에 반영됩니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 사용하는 것은 업데이트된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.
13. 준거법
본 약관은 법률 충돌 원칙과 관계없이 개발자가 사업을 운영하는 관할권에 적용되는 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.

3. ライセンス
お客様が本規約を遵守することを条件として、当社は、お客様の個人的な Mac デバイス上で、個人的または業務上の生産性目的のために本アプリを使用する、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可、取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本ライセンスは、カスタム EULA によって置き換えられない限り、Apple の標準 EULA で提供される Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement（EULA）に準拠します。
4. 無料版と Pro 版
MenuSpark は、一部の機能（AI リネームなど）の利用が制限された無料版を提供しています。Apple が管理する一回限りのアプリ内課金（永続ライセンス）として提供される Pro 版では、すべての機能へのフルアクセスが解除されます。
すべての購入と請求は、App Store を通じて Apple が完全に処理します。
購入の確認は、お客様の Apple ID アカウント設定を通じて行われます。
当社は決済を処理しないため、返金のご要望は Apple へお問い合わせください。
5. ユーザーの責任
MenuSpark を使用するにあたり、お客様は以下に同意するものとします。
適用されるすべての法令を遵守して本アプリを使用すること。
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルを試みないこと。
本アプリまたはその一部を再配布、サブライセンス、再販しないこと。
違法、有害、または無許可の目的で本アプリを使用しないこと。
6. ファイル操作とデータ
📁 MenuSpark は、お客様が明示的に選択した項目に対してのみファイル操作（移動、コピー、リネーム、削除、圧縮）を行います。すべての操作はお客様の Mac 上でローカルに実行されます。
